                                                                 ANGER
       Anger is a strong feeling of grievance and displeasure, it is very upsetting and sometimes you need anger but anger leads to regret every action taken in anger leads plainly to regret because whenever you are angry you are not thinking clearly, all your thought just disappear and the only thing that matters is the person or thing you want to rip his/her face out. When anger sets in we lose control.
       We need to learn how to control ourselves when we are angry. I get angry too and every time it is hard not to lash out at the thing or person that is making me angry but most of the time I walk away from the situation and go clear my head, but most of the time I already killed the person in my mind, some people cry when they are angry and people take it as a joke but note those who cry are kind of crazy no offense but it is true, when they don’t cry ohh you are dead, they use crying to suppress the anger… Some people laugh it off but it is still basically the same thing control, it is the only solution to anger and if you don’t  am sorry but you will put yourself in big trouble and note this there will always be someone or something that will annoy you it is now left for you if you want to be villain or the hero, it’s your choice.
         Anger can be good sometimes, some people channel their anger into something productive a simple example is some people clean when they are angry, yes they clean thoroughly the house will be sparking clean that is a good way to your channel and they are many more examples.
        Some people channel their anger into revenge or retribution they never forget, those are the most dangerous people in the world. What anger can do it is very bad people kill each other in the name of anger. Anger is normal, it is an emotion just don’t let it get to you.
